If your flight is late
Leave your flight number when you book. It is the one detail that lets us tell a delayed arrival from a missed one.
Give us the flight number
It takes ten seconds at booking and it is the only way we can distinguish a delayed arrival from a passenger who did not come. Without it, a late flight looks identical to a no-show.
If you will miss your departure
Contact us as early as you can. We cannot hold a departure for one passenger — the other passengers booked a time — but the sooner we know, the more options remain.
If your flight is early
You are welcome to wait at the stop, but the seat is reserved for the departure you booked. Boarding an earlier run depends on that run having space in your ticket type.
