Booking conditions, passenger data and how we handle it.

Booking conditions

A booking is a contract for a specific departure. The seat and the luggage space are reserved for that departure only; a missed departure is not automatically transferable.

Passenger data

We collect the name, email address and — optionally — phone number and flight number of the lead passenger. The flight number is used only to distinguish a delayed arrival from a no-show.

Payment

Payment is handled by Stripe on their own hosted checkout. We never see or store your card details.
